Dedicated Servers
Fixed dedicated server functionality.
A separate Steam application has been released — FPV Kamikaze Drone Dedicated Server. Anyone can now download and run a dedicated game server on their own VPS/VDS. Running a dedicated server on a home PC is not recommended — in most cases, closed ports and carrier-grade NAT (grey IP) will prevent players from connecting. For hosting from a home PC, it is still recommended to use P2P directly in the game.
Added the ability to run a dedicated server using a custom map that is not published in the Workshop. Community rules still apply — servers with violating content will not be displayed in the dedicated server list.
An admin panel has been added with the ability to:
kick players
ban players
assign and remove moderators
Ban and moderator lists are saved between sessions and remain valid when starting future servers.
In P2P sessions, the session creator automatically becomes the administrator.
On dedicated servers, the administrator must launch the game with a password argument specified in [c]ServerConfig.ini[/c] (instructions and comments are available directly in the config file).
Improvements and Fixes
Added Spanish localization (text and voice-over).
Added the ability to customize team names and colors.
The administrator is now displayed in the scoreboard.
Added visual effects for military aircraft and vehicle flyovers, enhancing battlefield immersion.
Improved map visuals with added decals for craters, roads, and destruction marks.
In the P2P server list with custom maps, map preview images from the Steam Workshop are now displayed.
Fixed server list updates — each tab now updates independently and in parallel, without conflicts.
Other minor changes.
