addedNew Unit: PriestNew base unit with heal capability, and can do damage ignoring enemie's defense. And new equips that extend abilities of Priest.
addedSome Anniversary ThoughtsIt has been a whole year since Fountain launched early access. Looking back on this year, I have gained a lot of new insights into indie game field and made some new friends through the development of this game. I feel very happy to continue this year. I didn’t choose the word “persist”, which means that I really enjoy this process, so I can keep doing it naturally. And I have also found my own rhythm. I wanted to update weekly like commercial games, but I found that it can't be done with my spare time, so I changed to update every 2 weeks, and now I am able to adapt it.
addedSome Anniversary ThoughtsBack to the game itself, the subsequent development plan for this year is as follows: 1.Complete the priest theme content: new levels, new heroes, new relics 2.Epic Relics: add new variations to the build and inject new rhythm into battle 3.Food System: provide one-time buff items, like the potions in Slay the Spire, they can make changes to the game, and also reflect the survival background of lack of food in the world view of "Fountain" 4.Reconstruct the level design: I have been adjusting the build side before. After the Epic Relics and Food System are added, the general structure of the build side is formed. Looking back now, the level design was very rough. I have accumulated a lot of ideas in the past year, and I can't wait to add them to the game.
changedSome Anniversary ThoughtsIn addition, although I am very happy with it, it really doesn't sell well, haha. At the beginning, I missed a lot of exposure opportunities because I didn't understand the mechanism of Steam. It would be great if the exposure mechanism of steam could be improved. And my time is mainly on development, so I haven't done much promotion and community operation. In this year I will try to do it, such as making some game videos, maintaining player communities, etc., so that more players can see and like "Fountain".

In short, making independent games is a very happy thing, so keep working!
