Forsaken Frontiers changes
Auditory Lure Authorization
Non-lethal distraction equipment approved for field operations:
Low-cost soda can issued for routine use
Generates noise on impact at the point of landing
Entities may divert focus toward the noise source
Can be retrieved and redeployed
Misuse may result in exposure or pursuit
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where entities could briefly spawn at (0, 0, 0) before being placed correctly, causing them to appear near the train and become aggressive
Fixed an issue where entities would incorrectly target the player when reacting to world noises
Fixed an issue where entities could sometimes run away from noises due to an invalid target position (0, 0, 0)
Fixed a bug where the DataDeck snake game could keep running in the background while the shop UI was open
Fixed an issue where equipment could briefly appear and then disappear when picked up and auto-equipped by clients. Equipment visibility is now consistent and no longer flickers/vanishes during pickup
Changes
Updated the train brake interaction prompt to better reflect endgame stakes
Removed the player physics pushing mechanic, as it was unused outside of ore interactions and caused unintended issues with the throwable soda can
Brake Adjustments
Added a clearer warning when pulling the brake would immediately trigger the negative end sequence
Added a new prompt to clearly indicate when the run is being forced to the Pentagon for a final chance
