Hello blacksmiths! Now that you've been having a few weeks to try out the game, and sharing your feedback with us, we're finally starting to implement some (much-needed) UI/UX changes on top of squashing bugs.

changedNow that you've been having a few weeks to try out the game, and sharing your feedback with us, we're finally starting to implement some (much-needed) UI/UX changes on top of squashing bugs.
changedWe are aiming for a weekly update cycle for at least the next month, where we overhaul some of the biggest pain points. Your feedback is invaluable, so do keep sharing your feedback with us through the Steam Discussions, or our Discord server.
changedAs a sneak peak, for next week we will be focusing mostly on making our game easier to understand, with a completely reworked tutorial system, as this seems to be where most beginning players struggle, as we don't explain the mechanics of the game clearly enough as of now.
addedAdditions ⭐🤩 Added more tooltips to explain certain buttons. 🤩 Separated the Music & Ambient sounds channels. You can now hear ambient sounds at all time while playing music, if you so choose. 🤩 Added more variety to the ambient sounds per biome. 🤩 You will no longer be able to select items to deliver to buildings that can't accept items. (eg. Mine, Quarry, ...) 🤩 Added scroll bars to the game and graphics option windows. 🤩 Increased readability of tooltips. 🤩 Updated icons to be more clear in their meaning. 🤩 Updated the look of the Milestone tooltip (we are aware certain milestones aren't behaving correctly, and are working on resolving this by next update). 🤩 Improved German localizations. 🤩 Improved general UI layout and readability. 🤩 Added Unity Diagnostics so we can better resolve crashes you may get.
changedBugfixes 🪲🐛 Fixed certain Birch items (such as scabbard, pommel, cross guard incorrectly being displayed as Oak in English. 🐛 Fixed Lumberyard having 2x Move button. 🐛 Workbench will now no longer crash on load when you have an optional part selected. 🐛 Kiln's floating popup now is no longer half embedded in the kiln from certain angles. 🐛 Fixed some weird interactions between mine and refinement station in routes. 🐛 Searching in item/recipe inputs now works again. 🐛 Fixed Recreation Area lights being in the wrong position.
