North American Continental League

The league is now split into four zones: US East, US West, Canada, and Mexico. Each zone features a two-tier structure with promotion and relegation. The second division of Mexico zone is available on the website first.

There are 54 US teams (including Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico), 13 Canadian provincial teams, and 32 Mexican federal states, bringing the total to 99 teams.

Elo ratings for a few teams (such as Florida, Tennessee, Seattle, Hidalgo, Guanajuato, and British Columbia) are based on their real-world counterparts from US and Mexican leagues. FootballDatabase.com is used for reference.
