For One Year is out of early access!

After about a year being in Early Access, For One Year has received several new dateable characters, stronger seasonal theming, a new minigame (cooking!), new skills, new achievements, and more!

Of course, more could always be added, but it feels like there's enough content now to comfortably say "this game is no longer in early access"!

Hushberry Games is going to start transitioning focus to the next game (expect a Steam store page before too long), BUT: this is NOT the end for For One Year! You can expect a couple smaller releases for For One Year in the coming months!

Changelog:

• Slyvie, the painter, has been added as a datable character

• Two new entertainers to hire after Ruby/Jasmine have left the entertainers

• AddedSmall updates for Effiea new graphic when having fun together, plus more journal entries

• Fixed a crash that could occur when having fun with Death!

• Fixed a softlock that would occur if you had skill points to spend, but no skills to spend them on!

• Graphic tweaks to a few scenes, including: a couple more seasonal-appropriate graphics, and removing some odd white pixels near Anika's mouth when having fun with her as a female traveler

• Added a coins sound effect when you buy something

• When playing songs in the music player, the songs correctly start from the beginning (instead of continuing from wherever they happened to leave off last time they were playing)

• Various text tweaks and dialog fixes, including fixing text wrapping in some places when the player character has a very long name

• Runtime & third-party library updates that include some mild performance improvements
