Following Seas Hotfix 0.4.5

This small update fixes a number of issues, some old, some new. I'm continuing to work through reported issues and fix things as quickly as I can. Joys of having a day job, I don't have as much time as I'd like.

As a note particularly for those reading updates through Steam - as a number of people have reported, I am absent from the Steam forums. While there's several reasons and I'd prefer not to get into it overmuch -- a major reason is down to resources. I try to keep most of my time centered on actual development, and a big aid is having primarily a single source for reports and feedback, rather than multiple sources often reporting the same issues. The reason I use discord for this is down to it being a much superior platform for communication, particularly when images and files are often going back and forth. I do understand that some players prefer to use the steam forums exclusively, but I hope for your understanding in this matter.

Fixes:

Fixed erratic tackle on decorative stern rope on Dhow.

Fixed ship becoming stuck after entering the wait interface.

Fixed Ocean surface turning black in some cases during normal play.

Fixed (again) hooks becoming desynced from longlines when working the gurdies.

Increased the size of colliders around fish to make interaction more reliable.

Fixed glass objects rendering over top of matchlock geometry.

Fixed several broken colliders on world geometry.
