changedMonster ExperienceAs a lot of players rightfully mentioned, EXP got actually lowered in some areas than increased, as we promised in our 2.5.0 patchnotes. Over the last few weeks, we worked on trying to smoothen our EXP curve, with less sucess than we initially hoped.
changedMonster ExperienceWe nonetheless managed to address the level ranges, most noteably level 90-100 and increased the overall EXP. However, we are still not quiet where we would want to be with our EXP changes. We will continue to work on the EXP curve and expect some more changes there in the new year.
addedMonster ExperienceTo add to the monster EXP changes, we also introduced a new EXP: The Hunter. The Hunter can be found in Roxbury and Glostern and will offer hunt quests for monsters in Secret Laboratory, Elite Fox Den, Elite Mine and Elite Avery. Those quests are meant as an additional objective for players to gather EXP in those level ranges.

Monster Experience

What we're working on

I'd also like to use this chance to tell you about what we're currently working on. We still hope to be able to push those changes out this year.

  • Crashes. Lots of crashes / bluescreens

  • A better / different approach to the Exca Set Bonus for the 118 armor

  • The EXP penalty if the difference between player levels is too big

  • Some AoE Skills of certain classes (e.g. Tornado Slash, Frame Splash, Pierce Shot) lacking in terms of power compared to other classes

  • ...

Those are of course only some of the changes that we're currently working on. Expect more to come!
