You can view your best time for each level in the hub's level progress room. There's also a hidden Quantum Time for each level, so try to beat that if you can! (There's also a super-secret second time if you're really fast, so keep an eye out...)

Note that Time Trials don't count towards your completion percentage as displayed on your save file, so those of you who already 100% completed the game, don't worry--that badge of honor is still just as shiny now. Fixes:

  • A character of Amali text on the level menu had been upside-down this whole time. It's fixed.

  • An Ion Pack inside the geometry in the Belfry has been moved.

  • A rare circumstance where the save file could become locked when solving puzzles in the Horosphere has been fixed.

  • Fixed an issue with the Laboratory's laser calculation code.

  • A certain mushroom no longer sounds like glass.

  • It's not as easy to get out of bounds in the Horosphere without dying.

  • Hitting Cybur's tiles should no longer sometimes trip them twice.

  • Adjusting menu options with the mouse has been made much smoother.

  • It should no longer be possible to accidentally unlock the Belfry's 100% achievement.

  • Fixed a music issue that could occur while pausing during the Quaver fight.

  • Jump and Adhesion Modules' tutorial texts were corrected, along with the Adhesion Module's voice-over.

Improvements:

  • Signposts in the hub now fade gradually when you roll off of them instead of immediately blinking out.

  • The Module-binding screen's animations have been revised for clarity.

  • Added a menu option in the ball lab to reset the ball's color to default.

  • You can now press BACKSPACE, or BACK on gamepad, to respawn.

  • As mentioned above, Time Trials have been implemented.

  • The mouse control graphics have been made easier to interpret.

  • The Adhesion Module's dribble effect now adjusts with your graphics settings to be less laggy.

  • Added a voice-over explaining what to do after defeating Nyrthak.

  • You can now run the game without the Steam client by setting NoSteamint to 1 in your prefs file.

Note: Because this is a big update, it's possible that there are unforeseen issues with the build. If you want to return to v1.0.4, simply open the game's Properties on Steam and select Game Versions & Betas -> legacy. Your save file should still be compatible between versions.
