New region: Asia Pacific (APIC)
I am happy to announce that the first FLH server in the Asia Pacific (Singapore) region is now available!
Small scale testing has shown positive ping rates averaging at about 30-40 MS for players connecting from various parts of Asia to the Singapore server.
First Players vs Developer Victories
Having played roughly 30 people since the first release on Steam, the first two players who have won matches against the developer were:
These two players nailed the intended gameplay and combat loop perfectly (without any coaching or the like) and playing against you dudes was awesome!
Bug Fixes
Audio Fixed bug where the main menu theme would not play again after ending/leaving the first match of the day.
Keybinds Fixed bug where keybinds assigned to numbers would -- for example -- show up as "alpha1" instead of just "1".
1 vs 1 Lobby Fixed bug where randomly Player Two's name would show up on both sides of the HUD. Fixed bug where players couldn't release from the lighthook. Players can now press the [ Space ] key to release early or if stuck.
Region Switching Fixed bug where the region switcher didn't appear on the main menu after choosing a region on first run.
UI Improvements
Weapon Loadouts Added a Info button to equipment with equipment overview, lore, demo video and usage tips. Players will see a video playing on the right side of the screen showing recommended usage. Thanks to Wastelander1402 for providing the footage.
