Small update and 4X Steam Festival

After almost 10 years Feudalism gets a small update!

Greetings, everyone!

While Feudalism may have aged, still lives in our memory as a pillar in our lives as developers.

Feudalism will be part of the Steam 4X Festival and we thought a small update could be a nice way to touch a memory and see how we (hopefully) all grown up.

Do not expet too much change, it's still rough around the corners, but it's now better in full-screen, with a couple of graphics fixes and some other triviality.

We did not keep a changelog as this is a mini-update out of love.
