Update #23 - New decorations, banana trees and other improvements!

In today's update we're adding new decoration and new banana tree variations to unlock, as well as a number of QoL improvements and some changes in preparation for the upcoming seasonal event!

New content:

• New Banana tree variations.

• Added new house appliances and decorations:

  • New decorative rugs

  • Modern and Vintage Fridges

  • Washing Machine

  • Magnetic Board

  • Laundry Basket

  • Assorted beverages and snacks

  • 2 new floor styles

Improvements:

• When placing/moving furniture in the house, you can make them centered on a tile by pressing a button. This takes one more tile of space (for example centering a 2 tiles sofa will require 3 tiles of space).

• You can now configure how a land name is shown to other players in the "Find Farms" section and Bus Stops: Replacing the farm name, appended to it, or not shown at all.

• Removed the option to switch the UI size on splitscreen while showing the map. Brought back the map settings screen. Both options used the same shortcut, so initially we had removed the settings button. We're now bringing it back and removing the other one.

• You can now mine minerals while having a mushroom selected.

• Improved Force Replant behavior in signs.

Bugfixes:

• Fixed pet moving in a fixed direction when petting it after a slight push.

• Fixed slightly incorrect position when entering houses.
