Prevents the player from getting stuck above the ceiling by jumping into the spawning logs in the sub room of 1-14.
The block covering the hidden door in 2-18 now moves slower to give the player a chance to notice it before being locked out (and therefore having to reset the level to get inside).
Lastly, one of the moving blocks inside the hidden room can no longer become glitched by pausing the game.
Additional changes were made in the previous version, 1.0.1.6:
This patch fixes some small tiling errors here and there (such as a vase being partially obscured during the ending sequence and shadows missing in one of the chest sequences).
Also prevents the camera from revealing out of bounds if you die to a pit in a certain world 5 stage.
