Fade Survival changes
This update brings some long-awaited features, a big world overhaul, and a batch of quality-of-life improvements across the board.
🧟 Zombies Have Arrived
Our first wave of infected enemies is now roaming the world:
Slow Zombies – Classic shamblers. Dangerous in groups.
Runners – Fast, aggressive, and relentless.
Heavies – Armored brutes that hit hard and soak up damage.
Expect more variants, behaviors, and AI work in future patches.
🌍 FadedWorld Optimization + Arendella Phase-Out
We’ve made major performance and streaming improvements to FadedWorld, giving you a smoother experience across the map. With these updates, we’ll be phasing out the old Arendella map —it’s officially on its way to retirement. If you’ve still been playing on it, now’s the time to jump over.
🖥️ UI Improvements
Several interface updates and polish passes have landed, making inventory and general interaction cleaner and easier to read.
🔫 Weapon Clipping Fixes
Weapons should now behave properly when close to walls and objects. The weird clipping and forced offsets many of you reported should be resolved or heavily reduced.
🔧 Other Fixes & Tweaks
Small adjustments and stability improvements are scattered throughout this build. More detailed notes will continue to roll out as systems evolve.
Thanks for all the continued testing and feedback. More content is coming soon—keep the reports coming and stay safe out there in Fade Survival.
