Worker Upgrades

How fast your factory gets built, is determined by the workers. They in turn have two stats that are relevant:

  • Speed: how fast can they run around?

  • Strength: how much can they carry at once?

The combination of this will determine how many roundtrips they have to make and how fast they can make them.

In this update, you can now upgrade your workers 5 times (through the right click menu if you have selected a single worker), each upgrade will make them faster and stronger. Upgrading them costs money as you need to train them!

Additionally, upgraded workers will require higher wages to stay content, they do offer more value to your factory after all.

Bulk Build

Previously you had to place each building one at a time by clicking. For most buildings this is OK, but for belts this can be a frustrating amount of work if you are building long chains of them.

You can now drag entire lines of buildings at once. This is very handy for planning long belts, but it can be used on any building!

Tiny update

A new shortkey has been added to clear belts (C).
