Hello my friends!

What changed

  • Gameplay
  • Performance
addedThe work on the new EvilTrap: Prologue update is going at full speed! The game is growing, the atmosphere is getting even more immersive, and there are huge structural changes happening behind the scenes.
addedI just uploaded a quick devlog video. Don't worry, no story spoilers ! The video just gives you a glimpse of the new environment's vibe and covers some of the recent technical decisions I've made. We’ve done a major engine change to prioritize performance, ensuring that many more players can enjoy the game smoothly without sacrificing visual quality.
addedBecause of this engine transition, there is a lot of extra work involved with recreating the lighting, adjusting assets, and updating the game logic. On top of that, I am adding completely new areas and mechanics that didn't exist in the first version.
addedI want to make sure this new version is much better than the first one, delivering the true dark and challenging horror experience you deserve. You'll be able to explore a bit more this time, and I believe you will be really happy with the results.

Because the scope has grown, I will need a few extra days to finish and release this update for the Prologue.

I want to make sure this new version is much better than the first one, delivering the true dark and challenging horror experience you deserve. You'll be able to explore a bit more this time, and I believe you will be really happy with the results.

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and ongoing support.

See you very soon as soon as I finish this update!
