Updates notes for Patch 3

A new update is ready for release! We have several bug fixes and improvements as part of this release, as well as new props to decorate your worlds!

Fixes:

• Presets with decorations could sometimes not be placed

• Shadows would inconsistently pop in and out at different distances

• Fixed a bug that would incorrectly mark dirty settings changes when going to the video tab

• Campfire would not play a fire VFX, regardless if you turn it on or off

• Fixed VSync not turning off when turning fullscreen off

• Autosave game names would stack _Autosave sometimes

• Fixed a crash that sometimes occurred after leaving a creative world

• Fix issue where the savegame throbber would sometimes incorrectly show up

• Fixed a randomly occurring GPU crash

• Fix some tutorial widgets preventing clicking into the game

• Fix the tutorial widget sometimes overlaying the game when it shouldn't

• Wind turbines now have color variations

• New backpack decoration

• FPS limit setting (30, 60, 75, 90, 120, 144, unlimited)
