Gameplay Changes & Balance
Tutorials
Added the"Treat Hunger and Cold"tutorial to the normal onboarding flow after your first expedition.
You’ll now be guided through:
Building a Laboratory.
Crafting Field Rations.
Crafting Hot Soup.
This tutorial will be skipped if you’ve already completed the challenge.
Survival Balance
Hunger now builds up less fast. (1 point per tick instead of 1.5 points per tick)
Hunger and cold now begin damaging characters at 100% severity instead of 75%.
Increased Energy Cell capacity of Level 2 and Level 3 cells. Higher level cells are still expensive but are a notable improvement for stop time. Together with the loot changes they are more affordable.
Iso burner items are 10 times more effective to make it visible they charge the battery while active.
Storage Improvements
Storage buildings now hold more items:
Small Storage: 8 → 10 slots
Medium Storage: 16 → 27 slots
Large Storage: 24 → 48 slots
Huge Storage: 40 → 72 slots
Loot Balance
Updated dungeon loot containers:
Medium Containers: 1–3 items → 2–3 items
Large Containers: 1–3 items → 2–4 items
Lockers: 1–3 items → 2–4 items
Adjusted dungeon loot progression for a smoother difficulty curve.

Improved text compatibility for international players.
Improved language support with fallback fonts for characters not included in the default font.
Updated text support to better handle different writing systems.

Fixed UI text issues across different languages.
We’re already hard at work on the next update, and we’ll be continuing to improve the game and add new features throughout Early Access!
