(QoL) Upgrade ban window moved to the mode selection - Character hitbox reworked

[New | 12000 SL] Scrim, the Dragonkin:
- Weapon: Energy Balls:
- Slow Speed, High Damage, Range, AOE
- Special Ability: Draconic Claws
- [Active] Targets 6 enemies with claws
- Enemies hit by claws are inflicted with Wounded
Wounded enemies take double damage from Energy Balls AOE - Ascensions:
Lightning Strikes Twice: - Special lightning strikes now target energy balls dealing extra area damage Every time a special lightning strikes the ball it increases in size and area Energy Ball AOE damage +1 - Bayle's Revenge: - The amount of claws now equal the level of Scrim, the Dragonkin Claw cooldown -2.0s Claw base damage +2 - Eyes of Reminiscence: - Every 30 seconds open the Eyes of Reminiscence Inflicts all enemies with basic status effects (Burn, Poison, Freeze) for 10 seconds and damages them for 3 damage per second Burn modifier +50% Poison extra damage +10% Freeze slow +10%

- Serpent King (now with a little crown)- Max Health increased: 2000 → 3000 - Serpent King (Touch) damage: 1 → 2 - Serpent King now does not die when colliding with the player
