The game is now better optimized to allow for a better framerate. Testing phase continue regarding cosmonaut integration and animations!

Optimization
Occlusion culling fine tuning.
3d elements throttling to prevent unnecessary rendering of elements out of view.
Addition of an activation/deactivation module to throttle UI elements. UI panels not called aren't calculated.
Activation/deactivation of objects from different sceneries to not render elements from a different view.
