addedThe bad news Like the stories usually go, before the happy ending, there are some struggles. And unfortunately... They happened to me. As I wrote sometime ago, I bought new laptop and I was happy that development will go faster... It did not go exactly that way. The hard drive died after few months. The code was often pushed to the server, so no problem there. But I did not back up created textures for some time... Yes - the fault is mine. I was too excited with the stuff to think about the potential risks. So after recreating all the stuff with blender and substance painter, I regularly back everything to dropbox.
addedThe good news - the new introductory part
addedGoing to more optimistic news - all the content for milestone 5 is finished and in testing phase. What even more, I decided to add more content to it. The small start game tutorial, when our main character prepares to go out from home and player can test controls and game mechanics without worrying that something may happen to him.
addedBelow is YT video showing the new introductory part of the game:
addedI will probably add more details to the living room later.

Hide & Seek
There will be moment of hide & seek in game:
Don't want to spoil too much about it ;D
Maps
This is work in progress feature, but some locations will have a map. Maps will be like usual documents read only picture), but I think they still should provide a lot of help for players.
There is also "Room Orientation" arrow in the upper left corner. The arrow indicates which direction leads inward into the room. There also maps which are "static", player cannot take them (they are attached to the wall), but we will be able to see our current position there.
That's all for now. More news coming in future, and hopefully they will appear more often! Till next time! Cheers! Wojciech
