The Work Continuous

Like often happens in the game dev world, there has been a delay. Hopefully the last time. I am not good at small talk, so I will do it in form of quick-self Q&A. Most of it, I've already shared on itch.io page.

addedWell... Many things. Doing everything by myself is going longer than expected. And random events in personal also are not helping, but I am not going to look for excuses for myself. Often things are more time consuming than I thought, and besides, I am having a lot of new ideas that I want to implement. I also do not want to rush the project. They were some tests of the game with my friends, and were some changes due to their feedback. They game is not aiming to be a big AAA title (more like a half of an A), but that does not mean I want to create something that is not fun at all.
changedHard to tell. For now I've moved the date by one year (Q4 2025). The game is completed in something like 70%, the number of rooms in the game have already exceeded 150.

What is taking so long?

Can't you just use an AI, or ask someone for help?

I have my own vision of the game. I do not want to broken by anyone (or by some tool). Besides... I'm having fun while creating this game.

So what now? When it is gonna be released?

Hard to tell. For now I've moved the date by one year (Q4 2025). The game is completed in something like 70%, the number of rooms in the game have already exceeded 150.

The good news is that the work continuous, just is taking more than I planned.
