When we started developing Enigma of Fear, we had no idea how it would be received. It took four years of pouring our hearts and souls into the game building every detail, every mystery, every character only to finally release what was once our story into the world and watch it become yours as well. It was intense. It was scary. It was everything.

You showed up. You played. You investigated every corner of the Perimeter. You crafted theories we never imagined. You stayed up late trying to connect clues. And you shared all of it with us and with other detectives.

Now, Enigma of Fear is competing in the “Labor of Love” category at the 2025 Steam Awards.

How can you help?

  1. Visit the Enigma of Fear page on Steam.

  2. Click the banner “Nominate your favorite games for the Steam Awards.”

  3. Enigma of Fear should automatically appear as your selection under the “Labor of Love” category.

  4. That’s it! Now you can cheer and share on social media that Enigma of Fear is nominated for the Steam Awards.

Nominations run until December 1st at 10 AM PT. After that, Valve selects the finalists, and in December the final voting takes place. Winners will be announced on January 3rd, 2026.

Why does this matter?

The Steam Awards are different: there’s no jury, no specialized committee there’s only you. You, the players, decide. And that makes all the difference.

Thank you for playing. Thank you for staying. Thank you for making all of this worth it. — Cellbit and the entire Dumativa team
