Fixed enemy damage values to be more unique across different monster types (only applies to Standard and Casual).
Fixed exploit in multiplayer where clients could evade all attacks by constantly moving.
Enemies will no longer wander around unless targeting the player.
Except for the ghost.
In very rare cases where players get stuck in the starting cell, they can now interact with the cell door to force spawn them into the map.
Added audio cue when ghost spawns.
