Empire of Vice : Chicago changes
Fixed a bug that allowed attacking an ally with their own support (this was unintentional, but the idea of turning an ally's men against themselves at the last moment could be used later in new acts of betrayal)
Fixed a bug where, in some cases, if you betrayed an ally by attacking them, they would remain both an ally and at war simultaneously
Fixed a bug that allowed the diplomacy action to be initiated even without a choice being possible
Fixed a bug that prevented you from attacking enemy buildings on your own territory
Fixed a bug that prevented rival gang leaders from attacking your holdings when you did not own any territories
Fixed a bug during events that could cause a dice roll to fail if your chances of success exceeded 100%
Gangs are expanding overall 50% slower
