New Features

  • New Area: Frost Ruins

  • New Flame: Frostfire (Unlocked after completing Frost Ruins)

  • Discard: You can now right-click on cards in your hand to discard them.

  • NoteJapanese localization is still in progress. I will update as soon as it is ready! Japanese localization is updated!

Gameplay Adjustments

  • Starting tower combinations will now ensure at least one AoE tower and one single-target tower are included.

  • When selecting a new tower after clearing a level, if there are relic rewards after that, the upcoming relic options will be displayed at the bottom.

  • When selecting runes after clearing a level, the same type of rune with weaker effects (e.g., "Damage Rune" and "Greater Damage Rune") will no longer appear.

  • You can now use Shift+Tab to cycle through previous tower targeting priority options when clicking on a tower.

  • When the "Static Background" option is enabled, the scrolling background on the map page will also stop scrolling.

  • When placing blocks, the boost/corruption tiles on the ground will now display their corresponding positions on the block.

  • The limited-time effects of buff cards will now only count down during combat.

  • The path drawing function now uses Ctrl + right-click to clear the path.

  • The barracks' mission rewards will now only grant towers or artifacts. (The barracks and other map event nodes are planned for a major overhaul in the future; this is just a temporary adjustment to the rewards.)

  • Relic "Debug Encyclopedia" rework: When a tower is affected by a malfunction caused by a monster, the duration is halved, and the tower gains a 50% damage boost for 10 seconds after the effect ends. (was permanent 10%)

  • Silas the Merchant: Ability Adjustment: At the start of each turn, you gain interest equal to 10% of your current gold, which is carried over to the next level, up to a maximum of 150 gold. (You don’t need to sell towers before clearing the level anymore!)

  • Talents

    • Fast Learner: Adjustment: If no damage is taken throughout the entire level, gain an additional 5% / 10% / 20% experience. (Note: The original 20% experience bonus is now baseline!)

    • Unlock: Now can also restore blocks that have been turned into lava or ice.

    • Loot Scavenging(This hasn't been changed yet. I just want to mention that I haven't forgotten about it :D It will be reworked similarly to the Merchant's skill to prevent the need to sell towers before victory.)

Balance Adjustments

  • Towers

    • Lightning TowerAttack speed increased by 50%, chain lightning bounce distance increased by 20%.
