General
Fixed paladin armor rendering issues on low graphics
Fixed an audio bug that would occur with Skeletons under specific circumstances
Maps
(This will be in a patch tomorrow 2/19) Fixed an issue with spawners where the time before spawn would sometimes be double, resulting in issues where the Wheat Field Ogre would never spawn or be very delayed
Crypt
Fixed Arcane Eye sometimes teleporting into inaccessible areas
Added Hunter Altars
UI
Fixed "Stash All" button not functioning after switching characters while in the inventory screen
Added a gameplay option to choose if "Stash All" can access the soul pouch
Cleaned up rendering for vendor art and animations
Reduced spectator search time when there isn't another player to switch to
Items
Fixed an issue where goblins would sometimes drop no items

Sprint
Reverted sprint stamina cost change
Sprinting is back up to costing 10 stamina per second while weapons are unsheathed
Rogue burst of speed trait adjusted back to 80% stamina threshold
Snare
Snare effects no longer pause resilience buildup

Reduced poison buildup on impact to from 250 to 150 baseline
400 reduced to 250 with perk
Reduced poison buildup per tick to from 30 to 25
50 reduced to 40 per tick with perk
Cyclone
Overall duration reduced by 2 seconds
Zero swiftness the duration is 2 seconds
Maximum swiftness the duration is now 6 seconds

Reduced poison buildup on direct impact to from 300 to 150
400 to 250 with perk
Reduced poison buildup per tick to 20 from 30
