Quick fix update today

I've released a patch update to address some minor bugs that players have reported.

• Restored a missing constellation grid node

• Reduced the amount of smoke in the lightning levels to improve performance on older hardware in those levels

• Fixed the post run stats screen showing incorrect stats

• Don't allow the player to open the equipment menu on the settings screen
