Chaos Week 2 Patch Notes
Offhand changes:
Rain of Flames:
Cooldown reduced from 0.5s to 0.3s at 3 or more of the same offhand.
Damage increased by 50%.
Now summons 2 meteors per cast (previously 1).
Fire Beam:
Damage increased by 20%.
Max hits increased from 5 to 7.
Spark:
Cooldown reduced from 1.9s to 1.6s at 3 or more of the same offhand.
Static Charge:
Cooldown reduced from 1.5s to 1.2s at 3 or more of the same offhand.
Damage increased by 33.33%.
Static charge buff reduced from 5% to 1%, number of buffs unchanged.
Dragon Flame:
Radius of fire breath increased by 50%.
Star Blades:
Cooldown reduced from 1s to 0.9s at 3 or more of the same offhand.
Damage increased by 50%.
Spinning Blades:
Spinning Blade radius now increases by 0.8 meters per Added Axe mod.
Electric Dragons:
Cooldown reduced from 2s to 1.2s at 3 or more of the same offhand.
Damage increased by 9.09%.
Death Blade:
Cooldown reduced from 0.9s to 0.5s at 3 or more of the same offhand.
Damage increased by 30%.
Toxicity:
Cooldown reduced from 1.3s to 1.1s at 3 or more of the same offhand.
Damage increased by 6.67%.
Arcane Orb:
Cooldown reduced from 0.6s to 0.4s at 3 or more of the same offhand.
Damage increased by 10.53%.
Number of base orbs increased from 1 orb to 3 orbs.
Blood Dragons:
Cooldown reduced from 1s to 0.8s at 3 or more of the same offhand.
Damage increased by 22.22%.
Blood dragon base size increased by 100%.
Vortex:
The behavior of Vortex has been changed, now following the target.
Arcane Totem:
Cooldown reduced from 1s to 0.7s at 3 or more of the same offhand.
Damage increased by 22.22%.
Fire Orb:
Cooldown reduced from 0.5s to 0.4s at 3 or more of the same offhand.
Damage increased by 33.33%.
Fire orbs will now move on the battlefield and will last longer.
Lightning Totem:
Cooldown reduced from 2s to 1s at 3 or more of the same offhand.
Damage increased by 66.67%.
Arcane Apocalypse:
Cooldown reduced from 0.5s to 0.4s at 3 or more of the same offhand.
Damage increased by 40%.
Fiery Totem:
Cooldown reduced from 1.2s to 0.4s at 3 or more of the same offhand.
Fiery totem damage per totem mod increased from 1% to 3%.
Monogram Update
New Helmet codexes:
Grants Phasing. Phasing allows you to move through enemies.
Gain 1% attack speed for each extra inventory slot.
Gain 1% Critical Damage for each extra inventory slot.
Gain 5% Arcane Damage for each Critical Chance above 100%.
Gain 5% Fire Damage for each Critical Chance above 100%.
Gain 5% Lightning Damage for each Critical Chance above 100%.
Gain 1% Max HP for each Critical Chance above 100%.
For every 5 STAT* Get 1 Base Damage Point.(Excluding Strength)
New Relic codexes:
Every 10 seconds of Phasing grants you 1% damage.
For each available potion, get 100 armor
For each available potion, get 100 attack speed.
For each available potion, get 20% damage.
While moving your character generates a "Shroud" stack, giving 5% damage per stack up to 100% damage multiplier. Hitting an enemy will remove all stacks.
Reduce the chance to get stunned by 10%.
Doubles your energy.
10% chance to gain 25 gold for killing a monster.
You can no longer use potions, gain 5% damage for each potion slot.
Drinking a Potion triggers your offhand.
Each time you get hit you gain 5% more damage up to 25%. Buff lasts for 5 seconds.
New Ring codexes:
While Phasing, proc your offhands every 40 seconds.
For every 5 STAT* points gain 1% damage. (Excluding Strength)
For every 10 STAT* points gain 1% boss damage. *(All Stats)
Gain 500 STAT* if no offhand are equipped. *(All Stats)
For every 10 STAT* points gain 1% MaxHp. *(All Stats)
For every 150 STAT* you will gain 10 damage. *(All Stats)
Amadora buffs stays twice as long, and deals 20% more damage.
For every 10 STAT* you gain 0.1% Damage Reduction. *(All Stats)
For every 100 STAT* 1 max energy. *(All Stats)
For every 10 STAT* get 5% Armor Bonus. *(All Stats)
For every 150 STAT* gain 10 MaxHp. *(All Stats)
Reduce the chance to get stunned by 10%.
New Boots codex:
15% movement speed while phasing.
New Bracer codexes:
Gain 300 attack speed while phasing.
Gain double damage if you are phasing and no weapon and no offhands are equipped.
Nerfs:
Strength will now grant 0.5 damage per point (previously 1).
Stats Bonus roll on items is now reduced by 50%.
