changedDrop item in front of you, so other players may collect them. Press Dpad Down (Button E when playing with Keyboard/Mouse)
changedUse item to gain regain health, mana, etc. Press Dpad Up (or button Q).
addedI am planning on adding new items, let me know what you think. For instance; Alchemist Fire so you could drop it aganst enemies and stay burning an area for few seconds, Ice Essence to freeze enemies, etc. Whatever effects do, I would be programming that they only harms enemies. I know it is not very realistic, but being a cooperative game, I dont want to see cases of dummy team players causing more harm than good.
addedMORE PLANS; I am considering adding extra special skills, one or two per player, which would have cooldown times based on time and not pulled by mana. Those skills would have different cooldown times depending on how poweful they are. For example, Fred the Gnome could set up traps, while Rose LeFay could create an ilusion of herself to distract enemies. Let me know what you think people.

Hi everyone,

I programmed a new feature, an inventory system and added two items, so far; health potion and mana potion.

This inventory system will allow you to;

  • Collect different items just by touching them with your character

  • Go through them without changing screen or anything, by pressing Dpad Right / Left of your gamecontroller (mouse wheel if you play with mouse/keyboard). When you change selected object, a short description telling what it is will be displayed for a short time.

  • Selected item is the one showing by your character potrait.

  • Drop item in front of you, so other players may collect them. Press Dpad Down (Button E when playing with Keyboard/Mouse)

  • Use item to gain regain health, mana, etc. Press Dpad Up (or button Q).

I made a gamepad mapping to help understanding controls;
