addedI am delighted to announce you I am adding a new mode to the videogame D&U, a full RPG campaign telling the story of Essence Reaper Ritual.
addedRealising I had created a very flexible platform and having all the assets (3D models, music, code, etc), I decided to add a Medieval First Person Shooter, local multiplayer (or Steam Play Together).
addedAnd now, I decided to give you a full inmersion on the world of Eternalia by adding a RPG mode, with all the nice assets and experience I have been gaining through the years.
addedYou should expect one major improvement per month. Once I finish the above, there is more stuff/ideas I could add, which I would like to share with you;
addedOnline multiplayer, through Steam servers. I already did some tests to pass info and basic character movements and actions among computers connected online, and it was working well. So, unless I encounter it doesnt work well together with enemies, AI, etc. I would say there is a great chance I release this mode in the future. I was considering the multiplayer to be a four cooperative game against 5 waves of enemies, just as the Arena Mode, and perhaps have the option to add a fifth player to be against the other players, effectively 1 versus 4. Although I would need to work a bit more on this to see if this is feasible with the programming architecture I developed. See picture below for the lobby design to get Steam players across the world to join;
addedD&U ORIGINS. Small modules or mini games telling the background story of some of the playable character, from childhood to what they become. I am playing with the idea of adding Samael´s story, the great necromancer villane to be among those stories. Starting playing with a nice White Elf and become the fearsome Great Necromancer!

Dear everyone,
I am delighted to announce you I am adding a new mode to the videogame D&U, a full RPG campaign telling the story of Essence Reaper Ritual.
The reason is, when I did my first videogame, the Essence Reaper Ritual (ERR), I didnt have much experience at game development, and I did it on my own, the result is a game which works, but it has a complex code architecture. WIth all I learnt these past two years developing the ERR, I started developed a fun / casual game to play with family and friends, and that was the classic arcade mode you have on D&U, to play local or Steam Together.
Realising I had created a very flexible platform and having all the assets (3D models, music, code, etc), I decided to add a Medieval First Person Shooter, local multiplayer (or Steam Play Together).
And now, I decided to give you a full inmersion on the world of Eternalia by adding a RPG mode, with all the nice assets and experience I have been gaining through the years.
To summarize, the final videogame should count with the following features;
Classic Arcade fun/casual. Five levels. Each in a different environment and different enemies.
First Person Shooter Arena Mode. Five levels. As above.
RPG Campaign. Enough scenes to tell a slightly modified story from the ERR.
You should expect one major improvement per month. Once I finish the above, there is more stuff/ideas I could add, which I would like to share with you;
