Dungeoneer changes
Hero Mode
After completing the campaign in Normal Mode, you will unlock the Hero Mode setting when creating a game. (Formally toggled from the "Dungeon Menu") Hero Mode is now a complete difficulty, refreshing campaign and wayshrine progress. Be careful! It is much more dangerous than before, but the loot is much stronger as well!
Hardcore Mode
Hardcore Mode is finally here! In this mode, death is permanent. This challenge is not for the faint of heart! Hardcore mode can be selected when creating a new character.
What's to Come
There's still quite a list of things I'd like to tackle before releasing Dungeoneer. In addition to gradual general level design changes, these items include; Steam Achievements, addressing accessibility concerns and supporting custom key bindings, stabilizing multiplayer, adding randomly generated dungeons to be found throughout the world, making performance and lighting optimizations, and much, much more. Hopefully this sheds a little light into the roadmap for Dungeoneer.
Thank you very much for your continued support! Reminder to visit the discord to express suggestions or feedback, I am much more active there.
