Rebalance item quality in higher difficulty
Reduce material cost in blacksmith
Hard mode last boss will guarantee to drop 2 pro repair kit instead of randomized between 1-2 pcs

Item quality in higher difficulty
In the previous version, the item scaling on very high difficulty like HARD+20 was not appealing making it pointless to play. In this update, mainly the item in LP shop and drop from last boss will see a significant bump in quality. The item dropped from normal monster and boxes will only see small ramp in quality. Here is snapshot of LP shop item listing on HARD+20 before and after this update. As a result, price will also be more expensive from this adjustment.
Reduce Blacksmith Material Cost
This should make using it in late game less troublesome. Fee shown is on initial blacksmith upgrade (no fee discount)
On a Knife+3 (all V lines) gear:
Cost to remove a line Before: 7 MEM 14 DISK Fee 3600 Now: 4 MEM 5 DISK Fee 3000 (-65% overall material)
Cost to repair almost full durability Before: 15 FRAG 6 DISK Fee 11k Now: 12 FRAG 2 DISK Fee 9k (-70% disk amount)

Cost to upgrade one IV line to V Before: 28 MEM 11 DISK Fee 14k Now: 20 MEM 7 DISK Fee 11k (-30% overall material)
