[fixed] A rare issue where red player owned car would disappear from the map after loading save game. This can happen if the car's save location is under the map. If this happens the car will be respawed to original location and can be towed to player location.
[changed] When lockpicking or stealing near some NPCs they won't react anymore if they don't see the player.
[optimized] Runtime virtual texture streaming settings. [optimized] Landscape by removing currently invisible areas and disabling runtime streaming.
