Dressmaker Just Hit 100k Wishlists!

Dearest Dressmakers,

When we first pitched Dressmaker, we were told that the game may be "too niche", that we shouldn't expect much, that we might struggle to find our audience. Well, it is with lifted pinkies, feigned modesty, and the politest smile that we say, "Why yes, we did surpass 100,000 wishlists. How nice of you to notice!"

But we most certainly could not have done it alone. We're very grateful to all of the players who took the time to leave detailed comments on the prototype, offered feedback and suggestions and shared screenshots of their dresses! It was your joy and enthusiasm that convinced the holders of purse-strings to give the game the green light.

We've grown into a wonderful community of dressmakers sharing their designs on Discord, both from the prototype and the playtest, and also their real-life projects! It's a place where kindness is queen, creativity is in abundance, and the Cube is Law. (It's an in-joke, you had to be there.) Heavens, if this is what niche looks like, then we politely decline joining the mainstream.
