What to Expect

You are trapped inside Unitatea 91-C. The game features a singleplayer campaign plus competitive 1v1 and 2v2 modes.

Each round begins with a twisted form of Russian roulette, where players are linked to a shared gas system and a single pump seals the outcome.

Losing the gamble does not kill you. It sends you to an execution chamber. The winner must carry out the execution while surviving deadly threats, while the defeated player returns as a hostile force determined to stop them.
