Quality of life changes include:
Detailed Tags (Keyword) system. Keywords that appear in card, curio and other descriptions are now explained in a popup when you hover an item.
Seth, the Stargazer introduced! Seth is a mysterious figure that will lead you on your journey, and also give hints about the lore of Drakefall.
Runestone plane encounter provides you with more information, positive and negative effects are color coded.

Starbinding explained. Starbinding screen now features a little bit of lore information. Also, the explanation of how the reward claiming works is added.

Hovering enemy intents now gives you detailed information about what the enemy intends to do!
Most buffs and debuffs now have a new color scheme instead of all being the same color.
Popups are no longer transparent (for improved readability)
Picking up Curios now activates visual feedback
Reward screen includes explanation that you need to click to claim each reward
Balance fixes:
Fire biome Immolate debuff reduced from 4 to 3
Bug fixes:
Lightning biome rendering issue fixed
Salamander and Sylph Blessing card type and availability is now properly set
Several stability issues resolved
