addedThe Windows version of DownhillMadness is almost ready to play! The finishing touches are being put on this brand new game while the steam store is being prepared for the upcoming release. DownhillMadness will release in mid to late February, just a few weeks from today!
addedDownhillMadness has completely unique game mechanics, very smooth movement and physics systems, and beautiful graphics brought to you by the brand new Unreal Engine 5.1. Shoot hundreds of projectiles downhill in a crazy mess that you try to control with wind blowing guns and forcefields you can drop anywhere you want. Try to get as many through the multiplier hoops and in to the high-scoring areas, while avoiding the low-scoring areas, as fast as possible. Each level has 11 different challenges to get bronze, silver, gold, or platinum. There are 29 levels to play, each with their own techniques and style.
changedEvery level also has a unique soundtrack for a good variety of music, and the ability to exclude any song from the game with the click of a button. All the menu options like this are also on the walls in 3D, so it's easy to change options without even having to open the menu!
addedAlso as of yesterday, DownhillMadness now has a new fox collectable system. Each level has 3 foxes to discover to get additional trophies while you explore. There are two ways to play: In addition to an adventure mode where you can explore the world and unlock levels, there's also arcade mode to try and get the highest score with only 1 minute on each level. High scores unlock in-game trophies that exist in full 3D in your private trophy rooms.
addedThere are plans to add Linux and Mac support for DownhillMadness in the next couple of months, and we are also exploring developing a VR version and a PS5 version for release in 6-12 months. Check out the new screenshots and videos coming soon!
