We Need Your Help

We have been receiving a lot of feedback regarding random disconnects or crashes while playing the Double Dealers Demo, and we are working with all our might to resolve this.

However, to pinpoint the exact cause of the issue, we need the .log files that help us identify where things are going wrong. Therefore, if you encounter this problem, we kindly ask you to send us the "Player.log" and "Player-prev.log" files (or the text inside them) from the file path below after exiting the game. You can share them with us through whichever method you prefer, and please rest assured that this data will only be used to diagnose the issue:

C:\\Users\\YourUsername\\AppData\\LocalLow\\MiklagardStudios\\Double Dealers - Demo

Note: You need to replace the "YourUsername" part with your own PC's username. Also, if your computer's system language is not English, you should replace the "Users" folder name with its equivalent in your local language.

You can send these files in any format you like. Since these files may contain personal information such as your computer's username, we highly recommend that you do not share them in public spaces.
