Dopaminer lets you do the most scientifically accurate thing possible: click Synapse bits that reward you with Dopamine. Upgrade your neural rig by stacking upgrades, unlock new tiers, automate progress, and Rewire to prestige. Spend Synapse Points for permanent perks and watch each run accelerate.
