Doomsday Fodder changes
Substantial update this time, here's a list of some of the changes:
Experimental (-ish) Gamepad support!
When wave's about to end there's more visual indication.
Removed some easy-to-exploit early upgrades.
Tuned down some artefacts and skills.
Fixed some wordings to be slightly clearer.
Added "inflation" to all prices in the shop, prices now increase at a rate of 1 gold per 2 waves.
Increased difficulty on difficulty variants.
Fixed some crashes when you "overupgrade" certain items.
