Borders Update

​- Added borders to all nations, faiths, origins, and groups

• Added random faith name button

• Added text above color bar showing how much draw power is left

• Redesigned game settings menu

• Added hints when hovering over cards/mechanics in game settings menu

• Added tutorial mode, which will enable helpful pop-ups throughout the game

• Added some color to the different map mode buttons

• Added Anglo American and Mesoamerican nation name options to the random nation name settings

• Added random fun facts to the main menu below the community links, and if you click the blue "Fun Fact" button it will take you to a related Wikipedia article (I haven't added that many fun facts yet lol)
