added- Added disable found religion button in nation inspector to make specific nation unable to draw the Found Religion card
addedAdded Limit Founding setting in the game settings menu that will automatically disable the Found Religion card after a nation founds a religion
addedAdded Tribal Start setting in the game settings menu that will make the player's original starting nation tribal. It will disappear when you first hit the confirm button, so make sure to set it on or off before you start
