Distributrains changes
Deposit and port placement is now biased based on the generated heightmap (more and better deposits will be generated on maps with hostile terrain and vice versa)
Added custom game settings to control the placement bias
Adjusted difficulty multiplier ramp for Residential Region in custom games
Fixed a bug where choosing 'X' for the second internet announcement initial had a chance of generating a corrupt ID
Added command line argument for changing the port when starting the server
Haste achievement will now require at least 100% victory difficulty
Added "Demo" custom game preset (Short game with reduced victory difficulty)
Finished work on high dpi icons
