Dire - Flesh and Phobia changes
-Fixed: All random fight on map.
-Fixed: AI Card spawning issue.
-Fixed: Entering Map 3 (Xylotheon).
-Fixed: Hovering cards in deck edit.
-Fixed: Octoeldrith now gains right amount of doom on 1.
-Fleshtide now triggers his effect with >3 health. But now deals only 1 damage per 4 lost health. This makes him weaker with lower health, but still rewards healing him up a lot.
-Coop cam position and card drawing logic.
