Hello there! Some players have had issues with data going missing from save files (items/gold disappearing, missing quests, etc), and if you're one of those players, this post is for you. Although we've attempted numerous times, we've been unable to reproduce this issue, which leads me to believe it's system specific. (not dissing your computer)

The best way for us to identify and fix it is to have an output log from a play session where it happened. If you do see error messages on screen during save/load, please send us your output log from the play session in the forums. Steps to access the dev build:

  1. In Steam, right click on Diluvion and select 'Properties'

  2. In the properties window, select the 'BETAS' tab

  3. In the dropdown, select 'beta'

  4. In the 'LOCAL FILES' tab, click 'VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES'

  5. Confirm that the download begins

Accessing your output log

Make sure hidden folders are visible

Find the output log at C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Arachnid Games\Diluvion\output_log.txt Thanks again for anyone who is able to help!
