removedUpdated the "Ask the Manager" feature to auto refresh after each play, and also take up less space on the screen. In addition, the "Ask the Manager" feature is no longer tied to the window that allows you to edit who is managing each team. As a result, there are now two menu items. If you want to view or change who is managing each team you should use the "Edit Managers" menu (control-m). If you want to view the "Ask the Manager" feature users should use the "Ask the Managers" menu (control-t).
