This patch has the following: Improvements to when the CM chooses to hit and run. Fixed a bug with the RUNNER ADVANCES R3 command. Removed the value limits in the Player Editor.

Shutdown DDBB and Steam and then run Steam to get the update. The version number will remain at 13.2.1 after the update.
