We’re 411 Games, a small indie team of 4 based in Turkey. We’re just a group of people who love games so much that we actually quit our jobs to make them. So yeah, games are pretty much our whole life 🙂

Let’s talk a bit about our game. diffiCULT is a social deduction game. As a team, we’ve always loved playing games in this genre, but after a while, games like Town of Salem started to feel a bit repetitive to us. So while making diffiCULT, our goal was simple: create a game where you can have fun with your friends, lie to each other, and just enjoy the chaos together. During our playtests, we saw that this actually works, which made us really happy.

Anyway, let’s keep it short 🙂 diffiCULT is a 5-12 player social deduction game. Right now, the game has 12 different roles. The roles are divided into Town, Cultist, and Solo factions.

Town roles try to eliminate all Cultists and certain Solo roles by burning them. Cultists try to sacrifice all Town members through rituals. Solo roles aim to win on their own.

Each role has its own unique abilities, and from the very beginning, one of our main goals was this: no role should feel boring. Everyone should be actively doing something and feel involved in the game.

By the way, we currently have 12 roles, but we’re planning to add at least that many more in the future. There are some roles we’re really excited about 🙂

A quick look at our roadmap: On April 20, we’re releasing a public demo as part of the Medieval Fest. We’ll use the feedback from that to improve the game and aim to be in a much better state for Next Fest in June.

We’re also planning to launch in Early Access on July 13 during the Social Deduction Fest. Hopefully we can make it in time 🙂

To be fully transparent, the game is not fully polished yet, especially in terms of UI and UX. But we’re improving it every single day. For example, even the UI from last week compared to now already looks quite different, and we’ll keep pushing it forward.

That’s it for now. Thanks a lot for being here and supporting us ❤️
