Added

  • Major UI overhaul: buttons, backgrounds, short quest descriptions, and the inventory have been completely redesigned.

  • Small icons indicating quest types were added.

  • Inventory search by item type was added.

  • The main questline has been expanded. (Setting up PCs at the game fair, distributing posters, organizing events, company acquisition)

  • In multiplayer, the name of the first player who goes to sleep and their wake-up time are now sent as notifications to other players.

  • Sleep screen now shows how Hunger, Fatigue, and Concentration values will change. Bed quality is also displayed.

  • Wet road visuals were added during rainy weather.

  • NPCs now carry umbrellas in rainy weather. NPCs without umbrellas move more hastily.

  • NPCs leaving shops now carry shopping bags.

  • Food stands were added to several locations in the city.

  • A new tutorial was added for NPC dialogues and game start. Tutorial pages can now be advanced using the E key.

  • If you forced a language change during the starting tutorial and encountered issues, go to Documents → Mehan Games\\Developer Daily → settings.xml and set [c]StoneHead[/c] to false.

  • New sounds added:

    • PC power on

    • PC power off

    • Running water

    • Item placement

  • New items added:

    • Event Board (Azura)

    • Food Stand (Neu-Neu)

  • Location markers were added to some quests.

  • Clicking a map icon now closes the map and directly highlights the selected location.

Events

  • Use the Event Board to announce your events at the game fair. (Sold at Azura stores)

  • Event size depends on the content of the fair area. Decorative items and food stands increase visitor count.

  • Food sold at food stands is sold with a 20% profit.

Available Events

  • Game Tournament: A tournament is held at the fair. Sales and player counts of published games increase based on event success.

  • Game Promotion: Promotion of published or unpublished games. Popularity and hype increase based on success.

  • Giveaway: A giveaway for fair visitors. Company reputation and follower count increase.

Item Condition

  • A condition system was added to items.

  • Monitors and servers lose condition while operating and can break.

  • Items with 0% condition cannot be used and can be sold for 10% of their value.

  • Food now loses condition over time. Effects are reduced at low condition.

    • Below 50%: Nausea

    • Below 25%: Illness (Reduces movement speed)

  • Refrigerators now consume electricity (can be turned on/off) and prevent food condition loss.

  • Food below 50% condition shows an illness icon in inventories and cabinets.

  • Items found in trash now always have condition below 100%.

Changed

  • Sleep duration increased to 8 hours with the new sleep system. (Previously 30–60 in-game minutes)

  • Added a warning that worker tasks are confirmed at midnight in the PC assignment screen.

  • “Do It Yourself” option is disabled if the job level is insufficient during asset production.

  • Level 2 and 3 jobs can no longer be done using AI or “steal from the internet”.

  • Movement penalties from low hunger, fatigue, and health reduced by 20%.

  • Yolanda now appears as Yolanda instead of Restaurant on the map.

  • Wind sound volume reduced by 50%.

  • Fair building price reduced. (2.5M → 1M)

  • “Organize Parts” option is disabled if there are no connections in the PC case.

  • Only food items can be placed in refrigerators.

  • A cooking pot is now included at game start.

Fixed

  • Issue preventing some detached houses from being sold in saved games.

  • Popup description error on program selection screen during asset production.

  • Marker misalignment when placing a marker with right-click on the map.

  • Incorrect protrusions on some apartment roofs.

  • Trash spawning in incorrect locations at the game fair.

  • Inability to shop after collecting fair trash until performing another action.

  • Fair trash being collectible with the E key without taking the quest.

  • Text and icon issues on the plaza marker.

  • PC cases auto-connecting to items on other tables.

  • Graphic design mini-game turning screens white after refresh.

  • Bird and night sounds not being adjustable.

  • Sun appearing in front of clouds during overcast weather.

  • Lucy or Cousin disappearing after sitting on a chair.

  • Lucy following the player until the first dialogue in loaded saves.

  • Asset list filter button not working correctly by asset type.

  • Missing texture on fruit juice.
